By using the Lumi mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Lumi provides AI-powered image generation and creative transformation features. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the App or its services

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Lumi offers auto-renewable subscription plans.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased

Prices and subscription durations are clearly displayed within the App before purchase.

3. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Lumi is produced using artificial intelligence models based on user-provided input.

• Generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or unique
• Ensure you have the rights to upload any images or content you provide
• You are responsible for how generated content is used or shared

Lumi does not claim ownership of user-generated or AI-generated content.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and software related to the App are owned by or licensed to Lumi.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
